+ great location and many shops (restaurant, cafes, convenience stores, laundry) in ground floor area of the apartment + there are 4 lifts at the building so you won’t need to wait for a long time + spacious and modern design of the unit + kitchen utensils are provided

- bed sheet, blanket, and pillows : quite old and looks “not fresh”, need to be replaced with new ones

all equipment mostly fine, besides downstairs air cond remote no battery, i need but to replace it, and electric kettle cover damaged but still can function

It is worst stay experience for me. as due next to lift, and upper level it make noice for all night. The bed spring is fault, it depression.

Comfortable and convenient stay, clear self check in/out instructions. Value for money stay.

Paid parking

Locality. Close to the Curve n Airport not too far.

Bathroom wall are transluscent glass. Almost see thru. Late aftetnoon sun heated up the room/unit. 2 units Aircond not sufficient to cover the volume of space. Or perhaps need to be serviced. Otherwise good.
