Everything was exceptional! The place was clean and spacious! The host was very easy to communicate with and was very clear with the instructions to make sure the stay will be fantastic. Worth every penny I would say.

The location is close to kidzania which was the reason we stayed there. There is mamak stall called Avenue bistro and 711 just right on the ground floor along with many restaurants at Heritage lane so made it very convenient for breakfast and dinner. Wifi and Netflix available although we didn't use it because we arrived late and left early check out. Clean and hot water shower was good.

Parking was not cheap. We arrived around 6pm and left the nect day around 10a.m and it costed me $27. It's confusing to find the building and parking because of the opposite constructed site. The parking access is right next to Avenue bistro and called Soho 1 (put Avenue bistro on your Google maps). The coffee and tea weren't provided.

Overall is okay at least got Netflix to enjoy it. The owner have provide the clear instructions to enter the apartment. The owner return the deposit on time without any delay.

The bed was too soft and the bedsheets/blanket have smell and itchy, The sofa bed is already collapse, so not able to sleep properly even for the kid, actually not suitable for family with 2 adults 2 kids. Car park is really expensive.
