Cosy holiday caravan minutes from the beach

Had all the facilities for the family and seemed homely

Steps a tad steep may not be suitable for elderly

It is a lovely caravan, it had everything you need, quiet area, children loved the board games and dvds

Steps with my old mum were a bit of a challenge

Perfect location in walking distance to town. Spotlessly clean and fresh smell of clean rooms on entering and very well catered for with tea, coffee, games , washing up liquid, foil. The bits you forget to take so saves you buying them there. Owner was very good with communication up to the point of arrival.

When arriving, my Partner checked the fire alarm and carbon monoxide monitor were working, him being a firefighter I guess that's just in his nature and being next to gas cans he wanted to be sure. They didn't appear to work, contacted owner and she was a little short over the phone and assured him they worked. Long story short she got cleaner to leave some new batteries and new fittings for smoke alarm. When we got back from our day out they were left on the side. I did think it would have been nice for us to have had a message to explain to us that we needed to fit them ourselves. Following night our gas ran out, we had no way of cooking or hot water. We called the owner several times and left messages but no reply. She contacted us I the morning and said a gas man was coming out. He did do and it was sorted, we were then issued a £40 refund for the inconvenience. These things happen and it was rectified, but maybe good idea to check the gas is full for new guests especially with us having a baby. Supplement fee of £40 for a double and single bed was very high, I understand there should be supplement fee but your not told how much until closer to the date so keep this in mind.

Clean, Cosy, quiet caravan. Central location. Great host. Re booked we enjoyed it that much.
