Access to the pool is by reservation only and is subject to availability. Please consider the following before making your reservation: - The pool is free for all residents of the condominium. To use it, please check availability and hours (Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 1 hour of use per day with a mandatory reservation and a minimum of 4 hours' notice). - The apartment is in a residential building, so it is subject to regulations and house rules imposed by the management, who are responsible for availability, scheduling, and reservations for common areas of the condominium. -To use the pool, a mandatory reservation of only 1 hour per day is required, with a minimum of 4 hours' notice. The pool may be closed without prior notice for maintenance or weather conditions.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
