Lovely area. Loved the kitchen area with the bar

The heating wasn’t on when we got there. Would have made it more cosy

Everything, the accommodation was perfect for me and my travel companion. The hotel tub was an amazing added extra and we did not get disturbed for the three nights that we were there. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning next time we are in New Brighton. Thank you simon, you have been an amazing host and my birthday was spent making memories with someone I care deeply for in somewhere that will always be a place where our hearts remain.

Crumbs under the bed, damp smell from the toilet/ shower room and couldn't get WiFi working

Very easy instructions to enter property. Very clean and a convenient location. Comfortable bed. Air con was great too and the hot tub was amazing. Me and my.husband had a nice little break and relax before we went on a fishing trip whilst the children were away on holiday with the grandparents so was a great opportunity to spend some quality time together and relax away from work. Highly recommend and Simon is an excellent host. Most definitely will be coming back.
