Lovely unit elgin drive Coastal Bliss Your Seaside Retreat with City Excitement

Lovely property, very close to Wallasey golf club(the purpose of my trip) lots of amenities close by. Hosts were very quick to answer questions and super helpful. The hot tub was absolutely awesome. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

The situation was lovely.

Having accessed the property, been pleased, and had a lovely afternoon, other guests arrived who also had booked through booking.com. We didn't meet the owner, although his mother was there, but he apparently told the other guests on the phone that their booking was the only one he had, and therefore the booking was their's before speaking to us. His mother bought her phone over, and although he didn't tell us to leave he did ask what he was supposed to do about it. He then said he was on his way and would be about 15 min. Meanwhile, the other people were aggressively hounding us to leave. As a 70 and 78 year old couple, my husband also being disabled, we felt threatened. We were staying at the venue as part of a dream event and waiting for the owner to arrive we missed the beginning, instead we sat in the cabin whilst the other people hounded us from outside - at one point the man stood in the doorway saying 'we should just pack our stuff and get out', and was later walking round to look in the windows. The woman also knocked on the door and demanded to know what we intended to do about it. There was no room for discussion, we had to leave. We felt like intruders, despite having done everything we should have done, we were apparently deemed in the wrong. We were scared to just go out and leave our belongings beause of them being thrown out, and felt unsupported in any way as guests, or even human beings. Even if an admin mistake had been made, no guest should ever go through an experience like that: we received no empathy from either the owner or his mother (although to be fair she was in a difficult position herself) but no one even said sorry for the mix up or even seemed at all interested in our predicament.

The space was great. Our foster dog was having cruciate ligament surgery at a nearby dogs rescue so it was perfect for us as it was level and plenty of space to move around.

We had a very good stay at the premises. Hosts were extremely helpful and avaliable via messages and responded quickly. Will definitely be booking again. Recommended checking out the water front and the Merseyside boat trip

Very handy for the venue we went to. Walking distance. Comfy bed.

Original description suggested off street/secure parking. Only street parking available which thankfully was ok and a quiet street. WiFi not working.

We loved the property, it was just what we needed, a place to stay overnight. We liked the large room and comfortable bed and seating. The parking was on-street but plenty of room to park. Location was convient for us.
