Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und modern ausgestattet... leider lies die Kommunikation und der Service einige Fragen offen... kein Schlüssel zur Tiefgarage... nur auf Nachfrage Zimmerservice... etc.

Not sure about the hospitality in Poland but 8 out of 10 people, being in the hotel or outside in restaurants are super unfriendly. No hello no buy and always getting the feeling to be a burden for them.
