Everything was in perfect condition, great location, quiet neighborhood, away from the noisy pedestrian area in the city center.

The place is at a great location, quiet, clean and has everything that you need for your stay.

New building with new furniture, big overall space, parking (if available) included in the back yard, so all the basic needs covered.

The apartment was at ground floor and the curtains are not covering well enough at night time - small lack of privacy. The bathroom has a huge and almost opaque window without a curtain. It is very likely to see someone who's taking a shower from the other side - again lack of privacy. The bathroom has a shower head which is quite uncomfortable to use, it has a retro design but quite bad functionality, could be replaced with a better one. The hand soap disposer lacked soap.

The apartments are big & clean. The neighborhood is fine. There is also a parking spot there. There is everything you need there. If you need anything the staff is there to help.

Very weird thing happened when I was approached by the staff to cancel the booking in order they can put the flats on the market again. I refused. After we left the apartments i was approached by booking with a question why I didn't checked in and whether I paid for my stay there. I paid for the apartments at the 1st day. It was very weird , and zi hope was a misunderstanding.

We stayed one night during our trip trough Brasov. 100% trust from the staff. They have left keys in advance and gave us all instructions how to get inside the room. Then very kind men arrived in 5 minutes and I have paid in a convenient way. Rooms are clean and nice. Good furniture and equipment. Beds are very good. Have a good relax staying here and next day drove 1200 km to Slovenia in a single breathe. The man who I have communicated is always online and always ready to support with requests. Thank you very much!

It was clean and quite spacious.

The shower was badly placed as with the water running it would flood the whole bathroom.
