"A modern hotel with Friendly staff"

The property is modern and the staff are very friendly. There is a choice of restaurants, the rooms are nice. It is a place I stayed previously so it is familiar and what I expect.

On arrival I had to ask housekeeping to clean the washroom as it was not up to standard. The room also had a dead cockroach on the side board (attention to detail things that would be expected from a hotel in this class) however housekeeping were straight onto the issue and made my stay very comfortable. - maybe a room checklist should be introduced where housekeeping supervisor checks the room before check in. The restaurant didn't have the wine available that I requested (not chilled) so I was offered an alternative, however the second glass was not available (not chilled) so I had to settle fir a different glass. This repeated each meal time - poor planning! The dessert I requested was also not available and no alternative was offered. These are small things which are important to a guest's stay.

Good rooms with well maintained

Yellowish towels, untrained & irresponsible staff. My booking was for Rs 5250 but they swiped for Rs 5750.. I requested to clear the room dining stuff 3 times in an hour, they forgot to handover the invoice, they misplaced my GST details and gave 3 times for the 1st invoice in 3 days. They added someone's room dining bill to my account. TV stops work every day. Last day 1 checked out at midnight 1.30 but they didn't give an invoice and said they will be sent to my WhatsApp after 3 am. But I had to follow them till 5 PM at least 15 calls I had to make to get the invoice. Seriously they need training or else they will spoil the hotel image.
