Intero appartamento a Nord di Milano

Appartamento semplice con buono spazio nelle camere e nel soggiorno. A pochi minuti dal Baloon Museum che era la nostra meta.

Caldaia che non funziona bene: abbiamo fatto la doccia fredda e per avere l’acqua calda e far partire la caldaia era necessario tenere l’acqua del rubinetto della cucina accesa. Armadio in camera con anta rotta e relativo cartello di evitare l’utilizzo. Temperatura interna un po’ fredda…con un po’ di buona manutenzione potrebbe essere un buon appartamento, ma serve prendere per mano le cose.

Quedé muy satisfecho con el apartamento en general, superó mis expectativas, el salón era muy grande, aunque en mi caso no hice uso de la cocina tenía los utensilios principales. La limpieza del apartamento un 10 y la comunicación con el anfitrión igual. La ubicación no era muy cercana al centro, pero con google maps me apañaba para pillar un bus a la estación de metro y al centro (menos de una hora).

Por poner algo, tuve pequeña complicación para abrir y cerrar la puerta a través del enlace que nos facilitó el anfitrión, pero fue mínimo. Como recomendación yo pondría una clave de números tanto para abrir como para cerrar la puerta.

Era un po’ fredda la casa e l’acqua calda andava un po’ a singhiozzo .

Appartamento grande, pulito e caldo. Il check-in facile e veloce e il proprietario molto disponibile. L'appartamento è attrezzato di quello che serve ma la cosa che mi ha fatto piacere è poter fare una colazione veloce prima di ripartire con tè o caffè, fette biscottate e e marmellate. Lo consiglio

We almost felt at home. It is obvious that the host has decorated the apartment with great care. In this type of accommodation in other places we have been before, annoying little things often occur, such as running out of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid or missing some basic things. Well, this is not that accommodation. There was everything we needed, as if we were at home. This was also convenient because we were only traveling with small backpacks. I would especially highlight the comfort of the beds: I don't sleep as well at home as I did on the double bed in the bedroom. At least 160 cm wide, thick, multi-zone foam mattress. The single bed in the other bedroom was also comfortable. It is also possible to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, so a total of 5 people can fit in. I tried that too, but it was a bit hard for me. Regardless, it is also one of the better sofa bed solutions. There are blinds in every room, so they are completely blackout. It is very practical, by the way, that there are two separate bedrooms. The apartment is in a quiet side street. The dome is approx. 45-50 minutes by public transport, bus and metro. You only have to change trains once. The bus runs relatively often at all times of the day, and Google Maps offers several ways to get there. It is better to look for restaurant and grocery shopping options near the transfer station, near the metro terminal, although there is a good takeaway Pizzeria next to the accommodation and a Lidl 10 minutes walk away. Finally, I would like to mention the easy accessibility of the accommodation provider and good communication.

The upstairs neighbor starts working out on her/his treadmill at 7 am every day and the walls are unfortunately not very thick. However we had no problem with that because we always got up by then.
