Private Beachfront Home-Ocean View-Total Privacy

A beautiful setting! We loved having our own house so we could prepare our own meals and have our own space. Staff was nearby but not in our space.

The sand path from the beach to the house and the out door shower on the far side of the house meant that keeping sand out of the house was a chore with children. However, the plus of being so close to the beach was an easy payoff for that inconvenience.

The house was clean, has simple, instructive and engaging decorations. Good hosting. Would definitely want to go back.

The premises are old and need modernising. Please get hot water installed. Showers dribbled out in at least two of the rooms, perhaps get power washers fitted.

I had done the bookings and we arrived really late, my friends thought we would be living in a forest, but once we saw the buildings, they immediately started to feel at home. This place was amazing and Patricia made us feel very welcome. I would definitely come back. Loved that I could hear the ocean from my room.

We loved the location and that you could hear the sea from the house. And Patricia was lovely and so helpful. Also the decor and atmosphere of the house was very relaxing and the bedrooms were very spacious with very comfortable beds.

Nothing - but just to warn people that apart from a small local village and 2 resorts there isn't much else nearby. But we were able to eat in one of the resorts for dinner and buy basics like eggs, bread and water in the village

Wonderful bungalow next to the beach! Take a swim in the afternoon or morning. The facilities are great. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Several tables and terraces outside. 4 bedrooms, a wonderful decorated living room, and a very well equipped kitchen. No AC, but I did not miss it. There are ceiling fans in every room and the location close to the sea brings a nice breeze. Mosquito nets in front of all windows, to be save I brought my own net to hang over the bed. There are nails to hang it. Bathrooms have cold water, but you don't need warm water considering the general temperature outside. Close to the house there is a small shop in the village with basic needs such as bread and eggs. The caretaker Patricia is very responsible and could help with every question. She also recommended good places to go. We enjoyed African Cottage as restaurant a lot, food may take a while but very friendly service and good price.

The beach house is located right by the beach, there are life jackets available and most importantly, it was very clean. There are board games and books to indulge in. I highly recommend

The property is located on the beach and it comes with four BIG rooms with own shower and toilet. The beddings are clean matters are comfortable. You have access to the kitchen if you want to cook and it's fully equipped.You can hear the soothing nature of the waves. The property has it's own private beach. The area surrounding the property is amazing with plenty of space to play, relax and connect with nature. There is coconut available on the property which can be offered at a very low and reasonable price. I can't believe a place like this exist and I can't stop talking about it. We initially planned to stay for a couple of nights but extended our stay. The owner is very polite and friendly and attends to the guest needs and queries. The caretaker Patricia is very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. She assisted us in grocery shopping and ordering food from the restaurant. The food was freshly prepared, hot and tasted very good.

There is nothing negative to say about the place.

(1) Patricia, the caretaker & housemaid. She’s an adorable 23 year young lady with the best attitude to troubleshooting and making guests feel at home at all times. She takes care of everything. She’s the best asset the property has by far. (2) The location, right in front of the ocean and right on the beach. (3) The huge premises, and the fixtures thereof (hammock, wooden lookout, garden furniture, etc.).

(1) The lack of ANY signs to get to it. NONE AT ALL. (2) The lack of AC in the bedrooms and living room, which makes sleeping quite challenging and sometimes impossible. (3) The grass-less garden. Instead of grass, the garden is all sand, with no wooden path on it. That means that whenever you want to enter the house from the garden, you drag a lot of sand with you attached to your feet, because there’s no foot-bathing facility next to the sliding doors. (4) The lack of a power-plant to solve the problem of the frequent blackouts. (5) The lack of good maintenance. The property has got a huge potential but it is in need of a big investment to make it shine.
