Art Deco Central Apartments, Funchal

Superb location

Absolutely everything. All top notch furnitures, location, clean, easy to check in, etc. Leonardo was super friendly and helpful over the phone. 100% would recommend.

A week is a long time to go without a change of linens, especially towels. Tea towels would be useful.

Avenida Arriaga is perhaps the most beautiful street in Funchal. In a side street lies another beautiful, quiet street: Avenida Zarco. Here, in a fantastic Art Deco building, you will find ‘Art Deco Central Apartments’. Inside, the building has been restored to perfection. A beautiful wooden staircase leads you to your apartment. You can access the room with an access code (which is much more convenient than a key). We stayed on the third floor in an apartment with a small kitchen and a spacious terrace. Here, too, everything was perfect. Needless to say, if you want to stay in Funchal's historic center, everything is within walking distance. We stayed at Art Deco Central Apartments for seven nights, and both the location and the room were a fantastic choice for us and completely met our expectations. The very helpful owners are always ready to provide information (hotel/transfer/car...) or answer your questions. We have only two words for our short stay: Perfect place!

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit perfekter Lage mitten in Funchal. Wir waren am Wochenende dort. Unter der Woche ist die Lautstärke der Straße vermutlich stärker. Aber für uns war es völlig okay, aufgrund der Lage.
