Wonderful new residence overlooking Lake Ray Hubbard. Spacious, perfect accommodations. I also loved the communication from the property management team. That's very important

You truly enjoy the balcony because of the bugs. The grass around the lake needs to be cut or property owners should spray/treat balconies prior to guest arrival.
