The staff were very friendly and helpful the food was nice and fresh, the resort is very peaceful with pristine jungle to explore a backpackers paradise with monkeys.

Nice and quiet place. A good place to rest and get peace of mind.

The hotel personnel asking for the credit card CVV number. They said we don't trust them because we don't give our CVV number to update our credit card. CVV number is personal and not for everyone to know. They know that to reach their hotel in the island a boat is needed. They first asked a deposit before you can ride the boat from their hotel using a mobile cash transfer which not every foreign visitors know and the island have a very poor wifi connection to able to be online. Better to say this week's in advance not the day before going to the island because not everyone is familiar with this mobile app gcash unless you have someone local who will learn a foreigner to do this. Better inform this right before the booking of hotel. We are given a choice to use a private boat in the area but this are small fishing boat and no registration in the Life guard. The waves are big on that day with a small boat and our baggages and a senior citizen a baby with us and also us and the 2 boat men I think it's very dangerous to cross the open sea and we did not push through for our safety. The personnel of the hotel is also nosy and unprofessional. They have conversations by chat with the other hotel where we stayed and the worker in Costa Aguada told them we are not yet paid to their hotel which is none of the business of other hotel. All payments is always guaranteed by our card which they also want to take our Cvv number. We are long time client of Booking.Com and we never encounter anything like this. It's totally waste of our time and ruined our vacation as it was supposed the last hotel we booked in Guimaras Island but we were very disappointed!

It is truly a magical place. The staff is incredibly nice, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Hits all the island getaway check boxes. Secluded, amazing views, good excursions, friendly staff, amazing service, and good food. Room was clean and cleaned often.

Food was a bit pricey Bed was very loud.

Scheduled power outage. Wifi available but only at the pavillion.

If you are looking for a tranquil and quiet place to re-energize yourself, this is the best place to be. Traveling to and from the island is also quite an experience and fun in my opinion.
