Central Brighton Studio by the Beach

The location is excellent , 15 mins walk from the railway station,shops, cafes and restaurants nearby but quiet inside flat, no noise from neighbours or streets. Comfy bed and very clean.. up 2 flights of stairs to flat.

Everything was good

Host was brilliant, Julia met us on site to hand over the keys and even sent a ring back to me after that I left behind. The apartment itself is fantastically close to the centre and the beach which was great for taking our dog out.

The room was very clean and beautiful and was in the perfect location! The host is very sweet. We had a great time here.

Julie was welcoming on arrival, answered all questions asks. Comfortable flat, with everything needed for a self catering holiday, Close to the beach and all amenities Brighton, has to offer...as reported before the flat is situated at the back and you don,t hear the hustle and bustle of the main kempton street.

The host Julie was very polite, helpful and always available for any questions, including her promptly resolving a technical issue with the shower without disrupting at all our holiday. Excellent service and the appartment location is ideal, central close to bus stops and shops, really close to the beach and the Lanes and the lively Kemptown and at the same time peaceful and quiet.

As clearly stated in the appartment description there is a long set of 3 flights of rather steep stairs to reach it. Not for the faint hearted, if you can, split your luggage in smaller bags that you can carry easily rather than a big suitcase as was our case. Also, the bed is a foldable sofa-bed which was not very comfortable, the matress was too soft and not firm enough for a good night's sleep if you have lower back trouble.

The host, Julie, was excellent. She met me and my girlfriend exactly on time, made sure to welcome us warmly into the apartment and showed us around. She gave us recommendations for places to go and eat and what to do and overall made our weekend down in Brighton a 10/10 experience.

Shower could have been a bit easier to understand, but apart from that, no negatives whatsoever!

Best location imaginable in central Brighton. The flat has everything I needed.

Only a small thing, I would have liked some advice about waste separation, as this is different in the UK.
