Modern 4bedroom Spacious Family Home

The property had 4 bedrooms which were all good sizes. The beds were comfortable. The fridge freezer and microwave were all clean, kitchen a good size.

The door was very difficult to open. The fifth step from the bottom af the stairs was either narrower or broken causing my 80 year old mother in law to sustain an injury. The pillows were very flat so didn't sleep great. No mirror in the bathroom. No drawers or wardrobes in any room, one room without a rail. The bathroom is very dated and basic, a lot of rust in all the radiators. Overall it could be a lovely property but needs some serious TLC.

Close to town only 9 min drive

The area it was not in a pleasant street, with dodgy dealings going on throughout the day and night, there was poo right outside our front door and by the cars, noise coming from outside all night till after 1am, marks all over walls, rust all over radiators, paint work coming off everywhere

Location was convenient for our plans.

The property was in a very poor condition and not as advertised. There was visible mould on the walls, peeling paint, and a general lack of maintenance throughout. Several plug sockets were broken or unsafe, and there were extension leads plugged into other extensions, which raised safety concerns. The bathroom was in poor condition, including a rusted radiator and no proper bath plug. The shower waste drained directly into the backyard, which is clearly unhygienic. There was also a crack in the kitchen ceiling directly below the bathroom, and loose carpet on the stairs which created a trip hazard. We stayed due to it being my daughter’s 30th birthday and being unable to find alternative accommodation at short notice, but the property did not feel safe or fit for purpose. Overall, this was very disappointing and nowhere near the standard advertised. I would not recommend staying here.

Nice clean house. Comfy beds Good Internet Everything you need in the house.

Door was a bit hard and annoying to navigate The street was very noisy (not owners fault) Pillow were very small. Could do with a few more if u like high pillows. Check in time was a bit late and out time was very early
