and welcoming tone: The duplex was spotless and fully prepared for our stay. It had everything we needed, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. We really appreciated the flexibility to come and go as we pleased—it made the experience smooth and stress-free.

The water pressure for the kitchen sink was very low for the hot and one of the kitchen knives was broken at the handle and taped.
