If you hadn't surrounded my fiance and her young son with a group of 15 drunk guys partying all night outside her room.The room was on the roof with shared bathroom of which only one was working the other 2 were out of order.She was frightened to leave the room so had to call friends from her church to come and pick her up and she and her son had to sleep in a van as no room at the church.Nobody on reception to help and when she went back the next day all she got was an apology,not good enough should have been refunded,I was furious!
