Gospodarz mile nas zaskoczył. Mówił po rosyjsku i trochę po polsku.

Mieszkanie w bloku 3 piętro, ale z windą. Dosyć stary budynek z czasów dawno minionych. Mieszkanie w trakcie odnawiania, zniszczony przez poprzednich wynajmujących studentach.

Appartamento molto sporco e fatiscente, balcone orribile e cucina inutilizzabile per lo sporco. Mi dispiace ma non lo suggerisco anche se il prezzo è effettivamente buono.

Единствено спалнята! И цената разбира се.

Чистота под всякаква критика. Невероятно мръсна кухня, никакви удобства, един единствен стол в кухнята, задръстени сифони, неработеща фурна, облепена с тиксо, мръсна кана за вода, с две думи невъзможно да се използва. Обявена, но липсваща микровълнова фурна, машина за кафе и пералня!
