Luxury Stunning 2bedroom city centre

No-one there to provide access to the property. Finally got access 3 hours later through other residents. TV advertised but not working as no external aeriel. No cutlery. Nightmare trying to contact owner as number provided not accessable. Dirty towels and bedding in kitchen cupboards. Ledft without staying. Demanding a full refund.

Central, great location, clean, everything you need in the apartment !! Great value for money. Definitely be back when I’m next in Manchester

The location was great and the space is large, tons of room and two bedrooms, which was perfect for a family. The bathrooms and kitchen were brand new and very high quality fitting with the "luxury" title.

The room was freezing (14C according to the thermostat) when we arrived as all the heat was turned off. As we arrived at 7:00pm, it didn't warm up until the next morning. The beds were not comfortable, you could feel all the metal springs through the mattress. It was on the first floor and the street is very lively. You could hear people partying on the street until about 3:00am on both nights we stayed there.

Great location and lovely apartment.

We arrived on Friday around 4.30pm. Firstly we were given the wrong room number and could not get into the room with the key that we had. So after trying a couple of rooms on the same floor we found ours. This didn't bother us too much, we even laughed about it. We were a party of 4 ladies on a weekend celebrating a birthday. We had two gigs planned and we managed to get to the first one on the Friday, but everything changed on Saturday morning. We had no water supply as there was a leak in our area. The host was in contact with us in the morning to inform us about the situation, but we were not concerned too much at this stage. We waited in to await the return of the water supply, but by 2pm we went shopping. On our return at 5pm still no water and no further response from the host. We could not flush the toilet have a shower wash our dishes so we cancelled our evening plans. With no water we considered going home but the storm outside was awful and trains had been cancelled. This was a miserable stay for us. It wasn't Azeez's fault, but we believe that a refund should have been offered for us to try to find alternative options. Or at least to bring us bottled water to drink and flush the toilet and wash with.

Excellent location, lovely clean modern apartment that was very spacious, comfortable beds. Finished to a high standard. We all really enjoyed our stay

It was particularly cold outside on the Friday night and the only way of heating the apartment was with the air conditioning units but the one in the living room would not turn on, so we struggled to get the apartment warm. Only other issue was the lift was temperamental but luckily it worked for us when getting our bags up and down but in between it wouldn’t work for us, not sure if we were doing something wrong!!

The apartment was amazing lots of space we celebrated my friends birthdays here before we went out into Manchester

There a few things tiny , not enough pans and no tin opener, no cooking utensils come on guys sort it lack of stuff like this lets it down , and the self check in locker box omg numbers are tiny took us 15 mins lol
