Anvaya Cove Short Term Rental Condos

I love the ambiance, and the view. The place is quiet and relaxing. We feel secured. We see guards in every corner of the property. They are all accommodating and very courteous, including the property staff.

The property/unit custodian/caretaker cannot be contacted for inquiries. My calls & messages were not answered from the contact number provided. I just figured-out what to do, being our first time to stay in one of the condo units with my family. The first time we went was a sponsored one.

Nothing.

Wasted my money because owner was not very accomodating to my needs. The price was too much for an overnight stay without water, toothbrush, toothpaste, and not even a free admission fee for the beachclub. 16k+ for the room and another 1k entrance fee per pax for the beachclub. I wanted to enjoy the trip with my pregnant wife but we had an emergency and asked to rebook anytime and owner did not allow us. We arrived 10pm and had to leave at 11am or else he will charge 1250 pesos per exceeding hour!! thankfully the caregiver helped us and got us a free hour but still charged us 1250 since we had to atleast enjoy the of 1000 each entrance fee at the beach for the remaining hours we had since there was a supertyphoon coming too. I recommend you book a 5-star hotel worth your money.
