Beautiful view. There's another building between you and the beach but you can see around it just fine. Very clean, bathroom was spacious and clean. Beds are comfy and the owner is super nice.

4 story walk-up but it was manageable.

It was central to everything that you needed. It had a great view and the bed was comfortable. It was newly decorated.

We had booked there because it had a balcony on the room but we only got a window. That was disappointing because it was a big reason I booked there.

Great breakfast, prime location and clean room

Nothing, it was all set up fantastically. A little hard to find but with a phone call the host grabbed us from the street immediately.

Room was nicely renovated and decorated. Very clean. Comfy bed. High speed WiFi. Nice shutters that could be completely closed and sun screen on the balcony. Sea view, 3 Minutes from train station.

Many stairs (4th floor, no elevator), although we were helped in carrying the suitcases upstairs. The cold breakfast was really basic and only sugar products (nothing salty like cheese or eggs etc). It was put out next door at 7.30 AM, so sleeping in was not really an option. We bought our own fruit and plain yoghurt. No comfy chair or couch to sit on. We did not get to see the host except for the arrival, did not speak English very well. The off season price of 150,- Euro per night was very high for the quality provided. I feel 100,- a night would be more than enough

Quiet, good value, spotless cleanliness, nice (obstructed) view of Gulf of Genoa from my window. Good wI-fi. Flexible arrival time. Cristina is very nice, although I saw her only once.

Off-season, hostess situated me in a private room segmented off in a 4th floor walk-up apartment, itself in a building undergoing remodeling. There was another individual staying in another room of the apartment, possibly a local. At night there was no light in the stairwell, requiring I use mobile phone flashlight. The entire scene was a little spooky at night. Someone came in around 7:30AM to set out a cold but adequate breakfast. There was no concierge or other official. I wasn't sure what to do when I left, so I locked the key card in the room and walked the short distance to the train station.

Everything was amazing, super comfy beds, very clean, great location, great views. They had a large breakfast available. We really felt great about the experience.

There are a good number of stairs to walk up to get to it. It didn't bother us but I could see it being a problem for someone with mobility issues.
