Brand New Townhouse with Ocean Views

The view and the house was very nice.

Dishwasher didn’t work. Not many utensils in kitchen - bottle opener.

The host Emma is approachable and very friendly. Easy to communicate. Emma also helped receive our grocery shopping delivery and placed them nicely in the fridge before we arrived - much appreciated. Great ocean view from the bedrooms. The place provides high-quality amenities and fixtures, with modern-style furniture. The well-pointed location leads to a nice track to Mount Kauku. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Quiet during the night.

The constructions right behind the apartment make noise, dust, and some discomfort about privacy as some windows facing that side do not have curtains. We couldn't open some windows because of the dust and noise, which made the space too hot during the daytime. We could see workers working on the site all day long whenever we used the bathrooms. The kitchenette provided is of no good quality nor sufficient. The bathrooms were not cleaned to the standard that could make us feel comfortable to use when we checked in. Some of the forks and cups were wet and dirty but stored in the cabinet. Overall, the place can be prepared better until it can host guests who may expect a luxury holiday home with this price.

Fantastic views, close proximity to train station. Quite area with outs of room for us to spread out.

Wifi is wasn’t reliable, lack of kitchen equipment.

It would have been nice if there was a vaccum as we stayed for 3 nights and have 3 little kids we wanted to be able to keep the house tidy during our stay
