"The property did not honor my reservation."

The property did not honor my reservation. The woman told me that she only uses Agoda. But the property is clearly advertised on the Booking.com site. A very rude woman claimed that she did not collect any payment from me, and that I must contact Booking.com. She then left the property without a second thought. I am still waiting for a response from Booking.com

We love it! Will definitely book this again when we go back to Manila! such a nice place, and they have everything you need especially for cooking! 🥰 plus, we really love the view from the balcony 🩷
