Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel ont été remarquables. Un merci tout particulier à Issam pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. La propreté de l'hôtel était impeccable et les animations ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons également adoré la vue imprenable sur Chefchaouen. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Inside the old town, but right next to a gate in the city wall, so cars can pull right up to the entrance. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

No elevator. Dinner was bland and unimaginative, and the live music was far, far too loud. Doesn’t serve alcohol. Room cleaning only done on demand (fine once you know that).
