Riad Les Gazelles D'Orient Marrakech

Breakfast was yum, beds were comfy, and the staff were very hospitable. Adam was a great Riad Manager hosting us, drew on a map to show how to walk to places and showed us how to get there from the Riad so we could get our bearings.

The owners are absolutely fantastic and will truly go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic time. All the staff is caring and attentive and also very knowledgeable about the area. They can offer recommendations for your holiday based on what you are looking for to ensure its memorable. My elderly father stayed with them and he was looked after from the moment he arrived at the airport. Thank you all for being so wonderful! I can't speak highly enough and hope to go back and stay here one day!

The Riad is tucked away in a neighborhood and it's very quiet. It's a great experience to get away from the busyness of the streets and find your way back to the riad, where children are playing and the neighbors gather and greet each other. We loved meeting the people in the neighborhood, where everyone was terribly friendly. There's no question about the safety of this area as my wife and I walked at all times of the day and night from the riad neighborhood throughout the Medina. The souks and Jemmaa el Fnaa are about a 12 minute walk from the riad. Most important is the staff of the riad. We made our choice of this riad based on the Bookings.com reviews about the owners Daniel and Chistelle However, the staff of Adam, Fatima, Noella, and Nadira are absolutely the best. Adam is there to take care of your every need and goes way out of his way to ensure your comfort, safety, and happiness with one's travels. I work U.S. business hours when traveling and need good wifi in order to conduct business. The wifi was more than sufficient for video conference calls. We had an excellent stay and would come back again!

Really enjoyed our stay.

The riad was beautiful and so relaxing, no detail left unturned. The staff were exceptional and could not have been more helpful, I have never stayed anywhere with such a high standard of service. Adam guided us late at night and in the early morning, his recommendations were also brilliant. The hosts, Christelle and Daniel also have great contacts for excursions, we were so grateful that they organised an amazing day trip for us, a sunrise hot air balloon which was a highlight of the trip. Marrakesh can be overwhelming (in a great way) but this accommodation is so calming the moment you walk through the door. Staying at Riad Les Gazelles D'Orient made a great holiday, extra special in every single way.

The riad was absolutely beautiful, from start to finish the hospitality was better than we have ever received. Adam was amazing, he welcomed us with a tour and Moroccan tea with biscuits, and showed us directions to the Souk and square. He went above and beyond for us, from booking us taxis to walking us to pick up points and giving great advice. He even came to the riad at 6am one morning to walk us to a pick up point for a trip. The ladies at the riad were also lovely and helpful, we felt at home. The owners of the riad we briefly met and they were very kind and welcoming. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious for 2 of us, and the breakfast was yummy. It was about 15-20 minute walk to the main square of the Medina. We are so happy with our choice of Riad and would return. Thank you :)

Fun to stay in original-style riad. Owners were super nice and helpful with everything. Rooms spacious and stylish

In riad noise really travels up and stafc were very noisy in morning and late afternoons when we were hoping for a rest before dinner. Breakfast was a bit unvaried. I am GF so a bit difficult but brought own bread. Beds very hard Rooms beautifully decorated but spoiled by number of A4 paper signs sellotaped to walls. It was a bit cold. Riad hard to find and a little away from things at night.

very good breakfast, each day a small variation in the breakfast, really nice. The location is ideal. The owners are very nice and helpful. Fatima is very good.

no coffee maker in the bedroom, breakfast starts at 8.30, but we wake up at 7 AM. I'm sorry, but we miss coffe when we wake up.

There was nothing to not like! Everything was amazing, the staff at the Riad were all welcoming and friendly, we were recieved my Adam who showed us around, greeted with mint tea an biscuits, given reccomendations about what was to done and seen around Marrakech. The rooms were cleaned daily and a very filling breakfast from the staff in the morning. Rooftop to enjoy the sun and to relax from the very busy streets of Marrakech. Its a short walk to the main square with alot of sight seeing places and souks near by. We got to meet the owners on day of departure, very friendly and welcoming too.

Everything was amazing, clean, welcoming , informative and helpful. We'd return in a heartbeat. Do not be put off with the walks back through the quiet streets to the Riad. All around is very safe but very quiet, even returning to the Riad nearly gone midnight wasn't an issue for us.
