Easy to access Medina. Pretty clean. Friendly staff.

Breakfast. But probably is a problem along the country. Also would be nice to have a shower shelf / niche to put your stuff.

Las instalaciones estaban perfectas, todo muy limpio y el trato de los trabajadores en especial Adam, que estuvo pendiente en todo momento.

Nous avons été accueillis par Adam qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Ses conseils et son aide ont été précieux et nous on permis de profiter au maximum de Marrakech. L'équipe feminine est également très impliquée et sympathique Elle prépare de très bons petits déjeuners! Enfin l'emplacement du riad est idéal pour découvrir la médina et tous ses trésors.

Il Riad è posizionato in maniera strategica, all'interno della Medina a due passi dai Souk ma non nella confusione. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità da parte di Adam sono state impareggiabili, é stato sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta a partire dalle escursioni fino a fornirci un servizio di taxi in piena notte per il ritorno. L'amore per il suo lavoro arriva direttamente ai cuori degli ospiti, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Non da meno lo staff che si occupa delle colazioni, Nauhaila e Nadira(spero di aver scritto in maniera corretta) sempre sorridenti ed estremamente gentili. Pulizia, cortesia, posizione fanno di questo Riad un porto sicuro per i viaggiatori. Se non ci fosse stato Adam non sarebbe stato tutto così perfetto. Grazie

We had a wonderful stay at this riad in Marrakech and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are incredibly helpful when it comes to recommending activities in Marrakech and can easily arrange reliable taxis to and from wherever you need to go, which made exploring the city stress-free. The staff are truly outstanding… warm, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Adam, who made our stay particularly memorable. Adam, being a local, shared great insights and was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout. His hospitality alone would be a reason for us to return. Each morning, we enjoyed a simple but delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice, coffee, fruit, and local pancakes or pastries. Such a lovely way to start the day. The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. With only a few rooms, the riad feels intimate and peaceful, which we really appreciated after busy days in the medina. Another thoughtful touch was how Adam ensured we didn’t get lost on arrival, they arranged to collect us and guided us directly to the riad, which made everything smooth and easy. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Marrakech. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

The riad is very peaceful overall, though sound can carry between rooms due to traditional construction of thin doors, so a bit of quiet consideration goes a long way.

Pour notre premier séjour à Marrakech, nous avons été très bien acceuilli par Adam qui a été de très bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié Leila une personne charmante, douce qui a su elle aussi être de bons conseils. Le Riad les gazelles d'orient est très bien administré et à une équipe de choc ou l'on se sent comme à la maison. Un grand merci pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons vous voir. Excellente localisation, proche des souks, et des visites. Taxis proches et surtout aucun bruit ce qui est très appréciable dans la médina!

Le Riad est très bien tenu, le personnel est très actif et aux petits soins! Adam est parfait, très sérieux et donne d excellents conseils.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans Le riad. L’emplacement est idéal. La plupart des visites peuvent se faire à pied. Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant et attentionné. Une mention particulière pour Adam qui est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Il se soucie du bien-être de chacun et veille sur les hôtes du Riad comme une grande famille. Nouheila et Nadira sont adorables et le service du petit déjeuner comme le service des chambres est parfait. Gâteaux faits maison et msemen tous les matins accompagnent un petit déjeuner copieux. Merci à Daniel et Christelle pour leur accueil chaleureux.
