Για ένα ζευγάρι που απλά θέλει ένα αξιοπρεπές κατάλυμα με τα απαραίτητα είναι ότι πρέπει! Στα θετικά του επίσης η όμορφη βεράντα με θέα καθώς και το ότι μπορεί κάποιος με μια έξτρα χρέωση να έχει πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητοό του. 10 λεπτά περπάτημα από την οδό Αριστοτέλους, πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και πολύ κοντά σε όμορφα στέκια για καφέ, ποτό ή φαγητό. Θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε σίγουρα όταν βρεθούμε πάλι στη Θεσσαλονίκη! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Θα ήθελα απλά στο ψυγείο να υπάρχει το εξάρτημα που κρατά τα μπουκάλια στην πόρτα (για εξοικονόμηση χώρου συντήρησης), να ανοίγει με το χερούλι του κι όχι από πάνω και στο μπάνιο να υπήρχε ράβδος για τις πετσέτες, ώστε να μην πέφτουν κάτω μιας και τις βάζαμε σε γάντζους που δεν μπορούσες να τις κρεμάσεις με σιγουριά.

Very nice view, very clean. You have everything you need in a house in there. Loved the experience: very quiet neighborhood; just a few minutes away from the center, very close to the bus and sea. Loved everything about this place.

Toilet is very small, shower is tiny, balcony is dirty. If you wanna stay at this propery, it would cost you additionally 10 euros for parking, and also 40 euros for taxes, so read carefully:)

Do not rent out a place that us not usable. We were given a different suite last minute and the list of issues was endless; - No light in shower. - No hot water at any point (with heater switch). - No shower curtain, water everywhere in bathroom. - Cracked/broken sink. - Toilet did not flush properly. - Hot plates did not work properly (warm only), unable to cook. - Pipes across ceiling with running water/sloshing noises all night. - Dirty cutlery, dishes.

The owner lie for the price .The price firsble was 15e after when booked is come 55e .And second the owner was not put phone number I found him with help some neighbors.Was very dificuld to enter .Not clean enough and smell bad

Location is great. Some good bars and restaurants near the apartment, but just outside the city center, which makes it a bit quieter. Great view from the balcony, especially the sunset.

Check-in instructions were not communicated timely. Host was not particularly friendly over the phone. The bathroom requires some maintenance: ventilation is lacking, causing mold growth between the tiles, and shower head holder has come loose.
