"Excellent"

We stayed at Sierra because my husband wanted to take scuba diving certification there. It's a nice hotel right on the beach. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

"Good"

4.0

I had ants in my room, the kitchen is very slow in getting food out. The worker's do what they can, but management doesn't care. The employees are paid minimum wage even with a college degree. Their peso wage equals to $5.50 USD a day. Yet they smile every time you see them. I stayed there for Critter Republic scuba diving. I just wish the resort was as good as Critter Republic Dive Center was.
