Beds where comfy and house was adequate for what we needed for 8 days work stay in the area. 2 fridges worked well between us in the kitchen.

Communication a little hit and miss when there was some issues. Bins are an issue as full when we arrived and it's our job to put them out for the bin men and if we didn't leave bins empty would loose deposit. Never had to put someone else's rubbish out while staying at a property but they remind you enough to do it!! If so persistent about bins then providing bin bags would have helped. Also pictures could do with updating as property is now tired looking and not as perfect as its shown.

The house was warm and in a good location for us. Bathroom was ok.

They claimed to have 3 double beds when in fact one of the beds were two singles pushed together. The 4 of us went shopping for our dinners for the week to get back on day one and realise the cooker was broken. I brought this up immediately and was told it would be sort within two days. It was eventually sorted on our last night at the house. We had to buy take aways all week and bin the food we had bought for the week. We were bit offered any sort of reimbursement for the money we unknowingly wasted.

It was beautiful home, the hosts were very easy to communicate with. I would deffo stay again!

- The master bed was very comfortable - The bath and shower facilities were amazing - lots of utensils in the kitchen - very spacious - location was good and neighbours were nice - lots of storage space - Very responsive staff - Ventilator above oven

- No toaster - Asked for another tea towel and did not receive one where the one that was left had not been washed - Spots of blood on the bed cover downstairs - no instructions on how to use the central heating - House was not very clean when we entered - Lack of cleaning supplies - no blanket - No pegs for washing line - No dining room table and chairs to eat - Hallway light not working - lamp as substitute
