Vanity 2 Bedroom Loft Downtown Ft Worth

The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. The condo complex was gated and secure.

Once the power was turned on, no fault of the owner, the refrigerator fan was very noisy. I am a night worker, so being used to sleeping during the day, I have heavy curtains on my windows. All the windows were uncovered and night light and day light were too abundant. The condo complex was right next to the train tracks. My noise machine drowned out the train noise, except the train horn which sounded all hours of the day and night... ALL HOURS OF DAY AND NIGHT!

Great location, nice apartment, easy to get to and secure

Its a great place but if you need privacy not the best place. I realize it was a loft but it was completely open over the top of the master bedroom. And the restroom is in the master bedroom. Otherwise very happy with the stay.

It was excellently equipped, no detail was overlooked. We had a wonderful week there. The property manager was quick to respond to any contact. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance you could need even for a long term stay. It was on the side of the building that gets no noise from the road or train. Beds are comfortable, quality linen. Everything was spacious and beautifully presented. Would go back in a heartbeat.

detailed instructions were given, but i had to message the host the day before check in to get the information.

there was no information in advance that we would be given a long list of chores to do by check out, including large penalities if we did not take out the bathroom trash or clean out the fridge. while the chore list was not too unusual for airbnb, including stripping beds and starting laundry with incredibly specific instructions, taking out bathroom trash, removing all opened food containers from fridge, AC at specific temp, running dishwasher etc, i was not at all expecting to have to do this long list at checkout. i was also not given this list in advance- they sent it the day before check out. they also did not leave enough extra laundry detergent to do the laundry they expected and also for us to do a few loads ourselves. i really did not appreciate having to do all the chores without warning, and also never agreed to have all these potential penalties. also, when we walked into the apartment at check in, one smoke alarm was already beeping and another already had the battery removed. so we had to find the smoke alarm and remove the battery as soon as we got there. even though i notified the host that evening, no effort was made to replace the batteries of either smoke alarm during our stay.
