"Comfy stay, convenient by car for Hirafu/Hanazono"

Clean, well equipped apartment and furnishings. Entrance hall good for drying gear. One WC on each floor. Powerful shower. Washing machine and detergent. Responsive staff.

Minor issues: No coffee maker. The bedrooms are typical Japanese size (queen bed fills the room). The official carpark is around the corner, 50m walk along the main road.

"Просторные апартаменты, недалеко от подъёмников"

Просторные апартаменты в доме из двух апартаментов. Нам было достаточно просторно (семья из 5 человек). Есть практически вся необходимая техника и посуда для проживания. Недалеко до подъёмников (5-10 минут на машине). Отличные трассы, много подъёмников, хороший пушистый снег.

Не хватало посудомоечной машины. Сильный запах от керосинового котла (постепенно привыкли). Стенки с соседними апартаментами тонкие (нам повезло. что соседи были не очень шумные). Трудно добираться зимой пешком до автобусной остановки и ближайшего магазина (если без машины), приходиться идти 600 м по автомобильной дороге (нет тротуаров), что особенно небезопасно в тёмное время суток.

"Modern and homey stay"

Modern and cozy apartment with superb heating and a lovely tatami-style living area. Visiting in winter was extra special. Enjoying snowfall while having breakfast in the living area before we go out was such a treat. No dryer in the unit, but there’s plenty of space and hangers to dry clothes. Location is very easy to find, and the host is very responsive and easy to reach.

Cleanliness could be improved at certain areas.

The apartment is amazing, the location is superb. Just few minutes drive from Grand Hirafu. The size of apartment is excellent for family, it provides everything you need. The customer service is also excellent, they respond quickly when we encounter any problem. We will definitely choose this place again if we come back to Hirafu next time.
