Newly refurbed apartment very clean, modern and comfortable everything u could need for your stay

The only thing which id no fault of the owners was the noise from the street there was a lot of shouting and noise from people coming home from around midnight - 4 am i would stay again but id pack my ear plugs

The closeness to the front. The staff were really helpful and fixed things that needed fixing

No hot water, the futon was extremely uncomfortable and stained, and sheets were also stained. More of a bed sit than an appointment, no living room.

The apartment was lovely, very clean, tidy, and comfortable with plenty of cutlery and crockery. Bed was so comfy, had a lovely nights sleep! I loved how close it was to the tower was able to just walk down and the children loved seeing all the lights, the beach and everything that Blackpool is famous for. I was pleasantly surprised at the space we had in the apartment, being a big family it was important to us to have space and feel comfortable, it really was a very nice stay. Really good value for money and felt like home from home.

Was on the top floor with 5 children, very steep stairs, was hard work carrying all the bags up there and then difficult with coming and going with all the children. Thought the check out was a little too early for us.

The amount of stairs

Absolutely beautiful inside and out, all freshly painted. Everything brand new inside. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Key code lock’s worked, but then didn’t. Got locked out of hotel, had to wait 40mins outside in the cold, the maintenance man, Simon was fantastic and sorted us out. Tea and coffee available, but no sugar or milk. My only downside of the apartment.
