terrible experience on getting an invoice. not business friendly. Had ask for invoice upon check out. was told to get from booking.com, booking.com sites says contact hotel. Contacted Hotel says email us without email address. search their website to get the email address, website safety states sites not secure, hence not able to access web page. write back to check and pending then providing AN INVOICE. a simple routine with complication process. the hotel staff doesn't know what is their SOP.

very close to Chungmuro station, Namsan-Yejang bus terminal and Myeongdong area. Accessible and several mode of transportation are available 24x7. Staff was quick to help and very polite. Room was clean and big. We loved the centralized heating and in-room amenities. While its older than most hotels in Seoul, it was well-maintained and cleaning service was available daily. I hope they can install a bidet. :)

None. Our stay was very comfortable

I booked the two bedroom apartment. The main bedroom had a queen size bed and two single beds. The second room had a single bed. The apartment is very well sized. It was cleaned daily and we were given new water bottles every day. It was very convenient that it had its own washing machine and dryer however you will need to buy your own laundry powder. Although the dryer was in built in, clothes didn't dry 100% but there was a clothes airer that we used. There was air con in every room and I noticed it had floor heating available. Soap and shampoo/conditioner were provided. There is a hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board available. Power outlets were international. Location was fantastic. It is about an 8 minute walk to Chungmuro station or a 10min walk to Myeongdong station. It was very close to Myeongdong area. There is a lower exit on 1F which takes you closer to the main road. The exit is near the police station, so it is very safe at night. There is a decent coffee shop close by that opens early.

I could hear footsteps above our apartment and scraping of chairs.

It is one stop away from Myeongdong street and the train station is a few minutes walk from Oriens Hotel. The room is spacious for two person. Bonus is that there's a gym & self-service laundromat in the hotel. Staff are very friendly.

The hotel could have supplied some tea & coffee in the room.

Facile d'accès et bien situé à côté d'une station de métro . Le personnel est très gentil et la propreté est assurée de façon impeccable. Il y a la possibilité de se faire à manger avec un micro-ondes et une bouilloire, et il y a un frigo congélateur. Il y a aussi à disposition des machines à laver et sécher le linge .

Le mobilier est un peu vétuste, et la climatisation n'était pas réglable.

Nettes Personal. Gute Lage, unweit U-Bahn. Hinterausgang ist näher an allem.
