Modern city centre studio apartment!

Good location for our stay.

Bigger towels.

Host was very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was beautiful and tidy. Perfect location and overall brilliant stay.

The studio was good , not too small as other hotel rooms,very close to the center ,although we didn't use the kitchenette but I think it was well equipped,

The only thing that wasn't comfortable was the mattress of the bed , they should change it , and the pillows too ,

Location is good as walking distances to Oxford city. Good food from the cafe downstairs .

Shabby inside and not very clean. It could gave been really good with just a little more effort with the decor and carpets being cleaner. Towels were old and frayed. It was tired looking. It felt like some effort had been made in the past and care was no longer being taken to make it a nice stay. A shame as the location is good for visiting Oxford. Be mindful where to park as all residential in this area.

Pillows.

Pillows were very lumpy Too hot. One fan didn’t work. The other made loud rattling noises

I liked the location of the property.

I didn’t like the management of the property. I had tried contacting the representative multiple times before I arrived. I only received instructions on how to access the property and my room three hours before my check in. I thought I had gotten scammed. Additionally, the property was not sanitary. The carpet on the floor had many different stains. It was visible that they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The duvet that was also offered had stains on it as well. I just constantly felt dirty.
