shower didn’t work. both shower and fridge had mould growing in them.

the smell, the mould, the tv (no normal channels), the pillows, the bed, the carpet, the noisemakers!

It was a 8-10 mins walk from the city centre and had a few shops and pubs around. The fan was powerful and the heating was very effective. There is no street parking, but there is a car park 5 mins up the road you can pay for.

The bathroom was small. shower stream was weak, the kitchenette was lacking, no cutleries and the ones there were filthy. can be noisy as the room was facing the main road.

there is a major problem with the plumbing and the place stinks. we notified management to come home and find a bottle of draino and a plunger! notified again and heard nothing! the fridge and microwave were dirty and there is stuff spilled down walls, carpets looked like they needed a vacuum and clean. looking at past reviews it seems the stench has been an on going issue but they clearly haven’t fixed it. it makes one feel ill! give this place a miss!

when I arrived all the rooms were occupied and I was advised that bookings.com had sent an email offering to change the date as there were plumbing problems!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE 🚩🚩 When you get there the front door has no lock and doesn’t shut, so anyone can walk in. Soon as you walk in the room you’re met with a vile smell coming from the “kitchen” sink, which was unbearable, the bin in the kitchen hadn’t been emptied, stains all over the carpet and bedding, the shower wouldn’t stay one temperature was constantly fluctuating from freezing to boiling, shower door didn’t shut properly so water would be all over the floor, there is mould around all windows in the room, chair at the dressing table was broken, Tv remote didn’t work, missing bed slats. All of the above was told to the owner within half hour of our arrival. All we were greeted with was that they were aware of the issues and a handyman will be out to address issues. Bare in mind this was 5pm on a Friday evening. No one showed up. Also that they were aware of all of the above but didn’t think to let us know so we could sort different accommodation or even offer us discount on our room, horrendous conditions to stay in let alone pay to stay there! The smell from the sink will stay with me forever, worst smell I’ve ever smelt hands down. DO NOT STAY HERE 🚩🚩🚩

The location was great! I loved that it had cutlery, dishes, mini fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was very clean and nice.

There is a very horrendous smell coming from the sink drain. It ruined the entire room. I had to leave the windows open at all hours, which made it hard to sleep because of the busy road. I only got two towels for a week stay. The blanket on the bed was torn up, and the remote for the tv didn’t work.
