Location was good.

Management is non existent here. As we entered whole hotel was so damm dirty. Even when we reached in evening 6pm. Beer cans were rolling on entrance. Even reaching at 6pm we had to wait 15-20min so that they can clean and ready the room then. There were no reception intercom. All boys were there to handle and literally no responsibility was seen. Many times there were no one on reception if we needed anything. Next morning there were not a single person in hotel for even giving water till 9:30am and even though we had breakfast included kitchen was empty and whole food area was so damm dirty and pathetic. After asking 1guy in food area he said will make parathas and will take some time. Seeing the pathetic situation. We just asked to leave without breakfast asap. And we did left. Lower floor all rooms were like ruins from abandoned hotel. Overall every place was dirty and in terms of service it's painful.

The hotel was not aware about our booking made through Bookings .com. Had to wait and make a lot of calls before we were allotted with below standard rooms as they were full for the day.

I like only the location

I got the top floor, it's ceiling height was only 7 feet or even less than that if you place it is 5 feet only. Don't go for the suit room, very dis comfort to stay.

Everything was perfect Room size, Room facility, Location, Food.Everthing was outstanding,and the behavior of the staff was icing on the cake I would highly recomend this hotel
