Memories Holiday beach villa Da Nang

Excellent Service and support and beautiful beach

It was a spacious room with beautiful pools and a short walk to the beach. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Our contacts Mia and Jenny were great in communicating with us and ensuring we were well looked after. We had a lovely relaxing time here.

The restaurant was very quiet and we would have liked a bit more atmosphere but other then that everything was great.

Convenient location between Danang and Hoi An. Great 4 bedroom villa efficient layout and wonderful pool. The kids love having all the space.

The housekeeping staff at times would forget to replace the towels or bring in new bottles of water.

Big house. They had prepared the other house when we met the trouble.

It was a nest of cockroaches. I beat 8 at least and 3 additional one. The area around the washing machine was the worst. They just said the reason like here is tropical island. They rejected our refund request, just prepared another dormitory and served the morning dishes in last day. It caused great psychological damage to our family.

Vinh and Mia are very friendly

Big villa with a lot of room for four people (family or two couples). Having a washing machine was great. Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. The staff, Mia and Vince, were easy to deal with and were happy to make arrangements for us including airport transfers and breakfast cooked at the villa.

The location is half way between Hoi An and Da Nang so if you would like to see both from one place its a good spot, provided you are happy to travel by car 20ish minutes each time you head out out since there is nothing much in walking distance. The Villa is not as private nor beachfront as implied in the listing. The Villa Complex has a beachfront and is private, but not the Villa itself. There are grounds keepers constantly walking past the pool area (we saw one washing his hands in our pool), you can see and hear people in neighbouring villas and there is also a visible road. The cleanliness and state of the villa and some of the fittings and fixtures were also well below expectations - floors unclean, a smell of stale cigarette smoke in the bedrooms, cigarette burn in the beside table, lamp shades broken, bi fold doors need attention as difficult to open and close (one section screwed shut) dirty shower glass etc. If it weren't so expensive then while I still wouldn't be impressed, I would be a little less unhappy however it was our most expensive of the 6 places we stayed (the price was on par with a 5 star Auckland NZ hotel or a villa in Queenstown NZ) and the least impressive and most impersonal.

The villa is nice, a bit expensive (perhaps it’s because during holiday) but I think for people who’d like to just stay in the villa and enjoy their facilities, it worth. Their employees is very friendly and nice! They’d prepare everything for your needs. Our host: Mia, Anna, and Vince - they are all pretty thoughtful and will answer your any questions as soon as they can!

It’s all good. The conditioner in the living room did have some problems but it didn’t really affect the experience.

Staff are simply outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. Facilities in the resort are also outstanding. 2 amazing swimming pools, an absolutely sensational restaurant and a beautiful beach. Add in a fantastic spa and gym and you really do have it all. Half way between DaNang downtown and Hoi An, so a really perfect location. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

The advert is very misleading. Almost all the pictures are of fantastic beach villas. That's not what you're getting. You are getting an apartment in one of the 2 high rise buildings. It's spacious, but built to a budget, so everything is very low quality, lots of stuff is broken or breaking and the rest will be soon. There are mutliple businesses offering accomodation in this complex, but they are all managed by Danatrip. The lovely villas you see in the ad are mostly privately owned and not for you!
