IDIDIt was booked ahead with credit card . Also Secret code given to wife . She was pregnent and had to wait 4 hours to check in . As I had to send my ID to verify . The booking was made for her . I had selected the option in the website . But it says it was made in my name and did not let her checkin for 3-4 hours waiting in the lobby with my 8 month kid . Was not happy when I heard about it . You could have gave her a room . And later she could have shown you the ID . As there is time doffernce .
