Atmospher, centro storico di Palermo

Apartment was very clean and comfortable, a very central location very near the bus and train station. The apartment was equipped with everything you could need.

We arrived at the place earlier than expected. despite this, we could leave our luggage. the apartment is located close to the center and all monuments. Rooms are very big . Beds comfortable . Kitchen well equiped. Giuseppe was always helpful and available. I highly recommend this place

Bathroom in need of an update.

The apartment was larger than expected and right next to the train station. The place was equipped with all the necessary amenities. There was an elevator in the building so luggage wasn't an issue. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. We could not have hoped for better.

WiFi was a little weak in one of the rooms.

This is a very large and spacious apartment (2 large bedrooms) with full kitchen and washing machine. Very clean. Great instructions for access, which was easy and quick. Located across the road from the bus station and adjacent to the Central railway station. Easy base to walk around from, with several good options for food close by. Host is very responsive and helpful with local information. Apartment is 2nd floor and has lift access which would be beneficial for some travellers - but there are still a few steps to get into the building and lift.

Being close to the train station and bus station - the area did feel a little seedy after dark with lots people milling about the nearby park, and there are some areas where street lighting was poor - HOWEVER at no time was there any threat to our safety. Main thing to be aware of is that you will hear lots of beeping of horns from buses as they arrive in the terminal, and from cars on the street below - this seems to a Palermo/city thing :-)

Great facilities, very well located within a short walk to Palermo's historical centre.

The aprtment is accessible with an elevator, is really roomy, lots of space, clean and furnished: Two comfortable rooms to easily accomodate a family of 4. The kitchen is also welll equipped, including a good size fridge. The building is located just accross from the main train station and there are local buses and city rails nearby so that's very convenient. Accessing the property was really easy folllowing the prompt instructions from our host Antonio. We spent two nights there and we defintely got the money's worth.

We stayed at Guiseppe's property for 7 days and can honestly say it made our holiday ten times better! Everything is extremely clean and new; it was very easy to check-in and access the property. It is located next to Stazione Centrale, so it was extremely easy to go anywhere we wanted to. We would recommend anyone who wants a hassle free and beautiful apartment to stay here. Guiseppe himself was also extremely welcoming and answered all our questions no matter the time of day. We really hope to come back soon and experience this all over again!
