The room shown in the picture is not given to you. It's all lies and fraud. We were told that there was another room and were given another room to stay in.

Due to circumstances we needed a base close to hospital which was very handy

The bathroom shower mixer not working correctly General cleanness wasn't great room was a decent size a little bit of TLC that could be a great place

I liked the location and how comfortable the mattress was along with the facilities

The location was great being close to shops and a few minutes from the hospital as that was where we needed to be. Friendly neighbours and shop assistants. Host was very pleasant and went out of his way to help, after my son left his teddy behind. Great communication.

The parking close to the property wasnt the best as there weren't too many spaces, but there was more within walking distance.

Everything. Photos are completely misleading! It was dirty, badly maintained, you even had to walk through piles of litter at the door of a run down building before going up filthy stairs to an apartment that I wouldn’t put the homeless in. We didn’t even stay. Used as a base for a few hours to walk to hospital and back then left at 11pm.

Clear instructions for collecting keys, had to call host to get into property as instructions were poor & misleading. Booked for 3 people, only catered for 2 people with towels, bedding & partial x1 toilet roll. No mirror in bedroom to get ready.
