Леглото беше удобно; сравнително близо до гарата и старият град, на 15 минути пеша; интернетът беше добър.

Попитах предварително дали е възможно по-ранно настаняване, но не получих никакъв отговор и се наложи сама да отида на място, за да проверя. Апартаментът беше мръсен, чаршафите с петна, кърпите с петна. Освен това, когато се включат едновременно три неща – в нашия случай сешоар, котлон и осветление – пада бушонът. В стаята няма никаква естествена светлина и не можеш да разбереш дали е ден или нощ. Преди напускане на апартаментът получих съобщение с указания, като едно от тях беше да изхвърлим боклука, което е много странно и като цяло ми се случва за първи път...Нито веднъж не попитаха дали имаме нужда от консумативи като тоалетна хартия или смяна на кърпи, като цяло не отговаря цената на качеството!

LA PULIZIA!!! Lo sporco sul pavimento era così spesso da accumularsi a strati sulle ciabatte; nel lavandino in cucina c'erano ancora residui dall'utilizzo dei precedenti ospiti (fra cui briciole dai loro pasti) e, aprendo l'antello della pattumiera, si sentiva un lezzo di buccia di frutta che non si capiva da dove provenisse esattamente. Ma il non plus ultra è stato il bagno... Nello scovolino abbiamo trovato addirittura il germoglio di una piantina che era cresciuta tra le setole, quindi chissà da quanto tempo si trovava lì non disinfettato!!! Sempre a proposito del bagno, poi, ma non inerente la pulizia, abbiamo trovato l'asse del water già dislocata al nostro arrivo. Infine, cosa che ho trovato vergognosa (a maggior ragione nell'ottica di quanto detto sopra), la richiesta di dover vuotare noi le pattumiere e dover gettare in autonomia i sacchi dello sporco prodotto presso i cassonetti siti nella via: in tanti anni di viaggi presso ogni tipo di struttura, è la prima volta che mi è stato richiesto di doverci pensare io in quanto ospite!!!

Really convenient location, nice and spacious apartment. Quite comfortable bed, very good Wi-Fi, and basic kitchenware (unfortunately, no seasonings or even a small portion of coffee provided). The air conditioning worked very well, which was a big plus. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the photos.

Contact with the owners was a bit difficult — check-in was organized online, but some of the messages went unanswered, which was quite stressful. The apartment seems to have very thin walls; when other guests or neighbors arrived, we could hear every step and their conversations. This became a major downside after the first two very quiet days and nights. The place doesn’t have a typical window and gets no natural sunlight, but it’s surprisingly easy to get used to it. Cleanliness could have been slightly better.

Spacious room with modern furniture. Same in the bathroom. Small kitchen with all that you need for a short stay (electric stove, refrigerator, dishes, etc). Apartment located in an inner courtyard. Close to the old town as well to the trainstation (10-15 mins walk to each). Good hints from the host/agency.

AC heating system doesn't raise the temperature by much - it was quite cold (end of Feb). No natural light. Batteries were discharged to one of the remote controls. Esspresso machine is missing.
