It has worst shared kitchen, worst bathroom. Bathroom not at all working. Kitchen is so dirty & smelling bad that you cannot enter inside. TV inside the room not at all working. Only small napkins provided in place of towels. It is worst apartment I seen on booking.com ever.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schmutzig und voller Ameisen und Spinnen. Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Die Bettdecke war viel zu klein und außerdem stark verschmutzt. Das Bett war kaputt und sehr unbequem. Die Badezimmer waren in einem äußerst schlechten und unhygienischen Zustand. Der Zugang zu ihnen war sehr umständlich, da man entweder in den zweiten Stock gehen oder sogar das Gebäude verlassen musste, um sie zu erreichen. Leider waren die Sanitäranlagen so schmutzig, dass sie kaum benutzbar waren. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft keineswegs meinen Erwartungen. Aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit und des schlechten Zustands der Einrichtungen kann ich sie nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nije mi se dopalo ništa,posebno prljavština,kuća smrdi,polomljene daske ispod dušeka na krevetu,nemate gdje da se istuširate jer su im kupatila u podrumu potpuno zatrpana prljavštinom,prljavim peškirima,tu im žive radnici iz Indije, Bangladeša,oni takođe vode objekat i vrlo su arogantni i ne rješavaju nikakve pritužbe nego se još podsmijavaju ako napišete neku pritužbu.Sve tri noći koliko sam bio nisam mogao da spavam od buke jer se iza kuće u bašti pušta glasna muzika,prave se partiji i nema spavanja,to traje do kasnih večernjih čak i do ranih jutarnjih sati.Odmah prvu noć sam tražio da mi vrate novac da želim da napustim objekat ali ni to nisu uvažili nego su rekli kako to nije njihov način poslovanja.Njihovi radnici iz Indije su mi rekli da ako nisam zadovoljan smještajem odem na Booking i tražim drugi smještaj,vrlo arogantno i samouvjereno,jako jako nekorektno!Sve u svemu najgore iskustvo u životu što se tiče smještaja i ne bi ni najvećem neprijatelju poželio da ode tamo da gostuje,to je blago rečeno Horor!Nikom ne preporučujem!!!

The property was in an unacceptable condition. The bathroom and kitchen were extremely dirty, there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the accommodation, ants were crawling around the room, and the shower was not working. Due to the poor hygiene and maintenance, I left immediately after arrival. The property did not meet basic cleanliness standards and was very different from what was advertised.

The customer care is extremely bad they never pick the phone and the place is extremely dirty. Not safe at all security wise. Booking.com.need to urgently disassociate from this structure. With lots of continuous complaints. It shouldn't be on your platform at all. The structure owner never picks the calls with very limited response to massages.
