Central Buxton apt in Spring Gardens

Comfortable and clean, with modern kitchen which included washing machine, microwave, oven. The location was good being central, and short walk to the Opera House where we had tickets. Waitrose is next door - very handy and car parks nearby. Clear instructions to gain access to keys, and helpful information regarding parking.

We stayed for 2 nights, and both nights our sleep was badly disturbed : 1) loud cars doing donuts in the car park nearby after midnight, 2) we were woken at 4 am by loud talking and shouting then a noisy van driving away. This is not the fault of the apartment of course, but it spoilt our otherwise lovely stay.

Clean and cosy appartement in the heart of Buxton. Main necessities are present. Owner is friendly and helpful.

The bed is a bit small for 2 persons (not a couple) and the sofa was not comfortable for sleeping. Other than that all was fine.

A lovely apartment in a perfect central location. The only small niggle was the TV . Although we didn’t book the apartment to watch TV , we found it too complicated to watch anything, when all we needed was BBC or ITV ( sorry Patrick ) It’s just a small pointer to be noted, that’s all .

Great location, helpful host who responded quickly to any queries I had. Very clean and cosy.

Bed was slightly too short for my boyfriend, blinds let sunlight in so we were woken up early in the mornings
