Good location, Staff is super friendly, Walkable to explore the city, the bed and bathroom was very comfortable. Staff helped us for everything we asked for.

Cleanness must be better. Around the mirror and closet still dust and spider webs.

location was great, cute room.

The host was exceptional, going over and above to help us feel comfortable. Arranging rooms next to each other and dropping off and picking up our laundry. We only stayed one night but the host was happy to have us check in earlier, cold waters waiting for us and even cut up some fresh fruit for the kids for breakfast snack. Very thoughtful. Sheets and beds were decent. Very thankful for the air-conditioned rooms.

Only criticism is that the showers needed a deep clean, around the edges and between tiles. Overall place was clean enough, no mould or bad smells.

The owner is so friendly and helpful and really happy to stay there.

Came here for Maroon 5 but will come back for Moc Lam 😂 I cannot recommend this place enough. The room is nice and clean, everything looks brand new, amenities are fully provided. The location is perfect, very near both bus stations (T1, T2) and other attractions but far enough to protect your ears from the loud noises and music, there’s also a 24h convenient store next to it (CS68). The host (and his friends) is super nice and friendly, definitely the star of this place. Will come back here for my next Phu quoc trip for sure
