Quite spacious, heating was working, lot of kitchen tools

The communication with the host was nightmare. Host speck only Italian, not English at all. Communication via google translator is definitely not something that you will enjoy ... I have been contacted directly by the host and asked to pay additional €120 to her bank account for a cleaning. otherwise, we will not have the apartment. As it was not mentioned in the reservation I tried to claim it with provided screenshots as a proof. Host don't want to accept it, so I had to contact customer services in order to resolve it. On the end of the day, she accepts it, but I have to invest energy and time and it brings me just extra stress! Even we book entire apartment two rooms were locked. The place is very noisily as both bedrooms are with the view to busy main road. The furnishing of the apartment is old and looks as if someone had collected it wherever possible.
