Stylish warm house in north Hamilton

There are no instructions on how to use modern home appliances and other equipment. We could not utilise the washing machine, TV or kitchen equipment; however, our stay was still wonderful.

Large house, great location.

The main shower was filthy, we also had to unblock the drain ourselves which was disgusting. The TV did not work, it would turn on but you could not access Netflix or any channels. The washing machine kept flashing up saying maintenance needed to be done on it. Property was not very well equipped there was no dish washing liquid, no hand towels and no wine glasses.

The house was well set up for a larger group, with bedrooms separate from the living spaces. This allowed those that wanted an early night to have it. It also has a very spacious feeling.

Smallest issues were a little light on cups and glasses and the heat in the lounge due to no shades on high windows made us unable to sit in lounge. But just small issues, would still stay again.

Great location, lots of great eateries and shopping areas nearby. The house was a lovely relaxing place for our team. It was warm, and spacious and the rooms well spaced. Very comfortable beds with quality linen. The grounds are beautifully kept and well designed to ensure privacy from neighbours.

TV didn't work, there was no chrome cast or way to connect it.

Lovely welcoming space. Bedrooms and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms very nice. Wifi excellent. Kitchen has all the mod cons and is a great space. Location is close to shops, restaurants and not far from anywhere in Hamilton. Office space is well-appointed. Offscreen parking. Nice indoor-outdoor flow
