スタッフの丁寧な態度と、あいさつが良かったです。お部屋も人工温泉も清潔感がありよかったです。美味しいコールが無料で飲めたこともよかったです。

ベッドの掛け布団の足側が固定されていたため使いにくかった。 朝食に、揚げ物が多い印象だった。

ベットが広く快適だった。 朝食付いて宿泊費がお得感があった。

スタッフのお客に対する声かけと館内の説明が十分ではなかった。 エレベーターが故障していたため不便だった。 ユニットバスの蛇口が混合栓ではなく、水とお湯を手動で調節するタイプで今どきないなと思いました。 ハンガーを壁に掛けたいけど無いのが不便だった。 あと食堂が狭すぎる。 このレベルなら5000円以下の料金でも良いのでは? 同じ宿泊費出すなら他に泊まります。
