The apartment was exactly as described. Beautiful, super comfortable and in a great location. It has 2 en-suite bedrooms with made it super convenient if you’re are 4 people. It was a short walk to the city centre or a cheap uber when we were tired at night. As others mentioned, parking is very easy to find on the nearest roads. Totally recommend it.

Well decorated clean and comfortable. Within easy walking distance of convenience stores, take aways and the city walls. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet in the bedrooms as they are at the back away from the main road. Nice little area outside at the rear of the property useful as we have a dog.

Big shame about the parking. As we arrived later on we struggled to park and it was out of the times to contact anybody - which we understood.

Lovely Apartment, great communication from hosts. The beds were super comfy! Easy to find parking and a nice walk to the city centre. Would stay again!

Exceeded our expectations - the apartment is huge with two big bedrooms, two en suites and a guest toilet. Nice simple kitchen and living space and a sweet little outdoor courtyard. Everything was spotless. Location was perfect for watching the York marathon, and we booked a parking spot through JustPark on Manor Court 20 seconds round the corner.

The doors are quite heavy and swung shut automatically so it would have been useful to have some doorstops to keep them propped open when needed.

The apartment was modern and most areas looked quite new. It was all on one level which was great. Nice and roomy and light.

When we arrived we found we had been given the wrong key code to get the key safe open, so had to ring York Boutique who weren't particularly helpful. When we got in there was no heating on so it was quite cold and not very welcoming. We were desperate for a hot drink after a long journey up from the south coast but there was no kettle. We rang up again and were told it was a hot water system which ran alongside of the tap. We found what we thought was a water softener under the sink, it was switched off, once we turned this on we were able to get our cuppa! This should have been left on ready for us, the first thing most people do is put the kettle on so a sign on the wall to let us know would have been nice. Most things were clean but there were lots of cobwebs in easy to see places. Down the side of the sofa was sticky, crumby and full of wrappers, we only discovered this because we were looking for two other TV controls because we only had one for three TVs. Cupboards and drawers had crumbs in and bits of food. Some of the cutlery wasn't very clean. We woke up Tuesday morning to a large puddle of water in the passage which we can only imagine came from one of the upper flats. The dishwasher ran for 6-8minutes on first use, someone came out and said it needed salt but after that had been added it still didn't work so we washed up by hand for the rest of the week. We brought food to cook for breakfasts but found we couldn't get the induction hob to work even though my daughter found a YouTube video, we followed what they said but it didn't work. We also rang the lady again, she tried to tell us how to use it but still no good. Maybe some instructions again wouldn't hurt, not everyone has one of these. Overall the place is lovely but needs to be maintained and cleaned properly ready for visitors arrival.
