Near Center of Aberdeen with Parking

Lovely clean appartment. Very well equipped

Don’t be put off by the outside

Smooth communication with the owner - we needed a receipt of payment and it was not a problem. The handover of the keys was also without complications. Great view of the city from the terrace. Although the flat is located in an apartment building which has 17 floors, it is very quiet. The location is also good - close to the centre, supermarkets, within walking distance to the university where we attended the congress. We were very lucky that we were able to book this apartment in time as there is no hotel near the university.

Spacious flat over two floors kitchen had most things you may need but most of all the view from the large slide windows in the lounge was amazing only 10 minutes from Union street

Parking was a faff heating in flat needs looked at as hot upstairs during the night and cold downstairs in bedrooms hated the pir light in hallway far to bright especially when going to the toilet during the night

It was Very, clean, comfortable, quiet, warm & had a wonderful view. We stayed over Christmas and had family around for dinner, there was plenty of spare seating and room for my extra guests for the duration Christmas day. Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment, it was just a 3 minute walk for my family to visit, and it was very close to the town which was super handy for us. Also, shout out to Jenna was extremely helpful and kind with anything i needed to know. I hope to book this apartment again for a solo break in the spring 😀 10/10

I have absolutely zero complaints. Although Some people may be put off by the exterior of the building and the entrance area, it never bothered me as it was the apartment itself i was more interested in.

The view was fabulous

It was a little bit cold upstairs but a small powerful heater was provided, which took the chill off the air

Flat was amazing

Location was a bit alarming to my other half and stepdaughter but I was fine with it.

Terrific view. Secure parking. Very convenient to the city centre, was able to walk when exploring and eating out.

No handrail on the staircase. Grounds between the carpark and building entrance detract from the amazing apartment behind the front door.

All was perfect

Great communication before our visit. Easy friendly key collection. Excellent location very close to family and city. Home from home. Everything we needed. Coffee, milk, hanwash, loo rolls supplied. Comfortable bed and no noise from neighbours. Great views Early & late check in check out. Would definitely stay again

The surrounding area is run down The balcony needs cleaning and lick of paint. Two seater sofa & one chair was a bit squashed for 3 adults
